With a strong engineering background, Sudarshan brings a wealth of technical expertise and hands-on experience to ensure the safety, stability, and longevity of infrastructure projects. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions that address the most challenging structural issues, from assessing existing conditions with advanced NDT techniques to implementing effective repair and retrofitting strategies. He has previously worked globally in Malaysia, Thailand, Abu dhabi, Bangladesh & South Africa and has tremendous experience in pan India.

With a Civil Engineering background and over 12 years of experience managing construction projects, he works closely with the team to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients worldwide.
His key strengths include strategic business planning, effective leadership, and exceptional communication skills. He excels in customer relationship management, sales, product development, and solution selling.
His expertise also extends to cloud computing, renewable energy, and digital marketing.
